2017 CADTH Symposium
Measuring Value in Theory and the Real World
April 23 to 25, 2017
The CADTH Symposium is a must-attend event for health researchers and decision-makers committed to the optimal use of drugs and health technologies in Canada and beyond. It is an excellent opportunity to connect with Canadian and international experts, who together, will take a hard look at the issue of value in health care: how to define it, how to measure it, and how to incorporate it into effective health technology management.
The CADTH Symposium offers many opportunities for learning, sharing evidence, and networking. The event highlights include a stellar line-up of national and international speakers, informative workshops, and breakfast sessions on specific aspects of research and methodologies. In addition, we have made sure to work in lots of time for interacting with your colleagues at the Welcome Reception and Scientific Poster Exhibition, and evening social event.
Who should attend? Each year our event attracts more than 750 delegates from key sectors, including clinicians, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) producers and managers, health economists, government, universities, health care providers, industry, and patient groups.
We are holding the event in Ottawa for the second consecutive year in 2017 to coincide with the 150th anniversary of Canada’s Confederation. Ottawa will be THE place to help the nation celebrate, and the city’s sesquicentennial events will provide an exciting backdrop to the connections and quality health care discussions you will find at the CADTH Symposium.
We look forward to welcoming you to Ottawa April 23 to 25, 2017.
